Winemaking

Traditional in red. The manually harvested grapes are crushed and destemmed. The entire winemaking process, from fermentation to bottling, takes place exclusively in steel barrels. The wine is left to rest, allowing for an initial aging period in the barrel before bottling and a further aging phase.
