An eclectic wine that isn't afraid of bold pairings, it shines with traditional local dishes like lake fish.

Winemaking

The manually harvested grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. After a few hours of maceration on the skins at low temperatures, the wine is racked. Following fermentation at controlled temperatures, it rests for an initial aging period in steel barrels before bottling and undergoing further aging.
