Winemaking

Produced from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir grapes using white wine vinification techniques, it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle with sugars and selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. The aging on the lees lasts for at least 20 months
