Winemaking

Produced from Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese, Marzemino, and Pinot Noir grapes using rosé winemaking techniques with a short maceration of the grapes, it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle with sugars and selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. The aging on the lees lasts for at least 20 months
