A refined Riviera del Garda Classico DOC sparkling wine, obtained from Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera, Sangiovese and Pinot Nero grapes. Aged on the lees for at least 36 months, it stands out for its antique pink color with pink gold reflections. On the nose it reveals hints of violet, wild strawberry and delicate Mediterranean notes. In the mouth it is harmonious and balanced, with a savory and enveloping freshness, embellished with notes of red fruits and cedar. Ideal in combination with fish dishes, vegetables and soft cheeses.
